We accept most major PPO plans and file the claim for you. We will check your benefits before your visit and tell you your share in advance.
Our in-house plan is $29/month and covers two cleanings, exams, and x-rays for the year, plus 20% off anything else. No deductible, no annual maximum, no claim forms.
