What we collect, and what we never do.

What we collect when you contact us

When you send a form on this site — a free demo request, a free AI audit request, or a referral — we receive exactly what you typed: your name, business name, phone, email, and the details you chose to share about your business. We use it to reply to you, prepare your demo or audit, and do the work you asked for. That is all.

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes the message to us by email. If you call, text, or email us directly, we keep that conversation the way any business does.

What we measure on the site

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and whether buttons and forms work. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. It does not receive anything you type into our forms.

We have turned off the optional settings that share this data with Google for its own products and advertising. You can opt out of Google Analytics on any website with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site works the same either way.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a demo or an audit.

Who helps us run things

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf so the site and our inbox work: our web and email host, Web3Forms for form delivery, and Google for analytics and email forwarding. They handle it under their own security and privacy terms and only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

Want to see what we have from you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email hello@sitematrixlabs.com or call 619-792-1981 and we will take care of it. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and correct — the same request reaches us the same way, and we will never treat you differently for making it.

Changes

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top. This page describes this website only; client websites we build have their own notices.
